Seems to confirm what most of us suspected anyway;..but then what happens?

Profumo resigned for misleading the House over something far more trivial.

Seems David Kellys death was a blessing for old Tony then he wouldn't want the World knowing that Saddam had no WMD's even though he knew himself 10 days before the invasion.

We're all waiting for Bliar's Oscar winning performance --

It was all Andrew Gilligans fault. In our world of doublespeak he will probably end up taking the rap.

What seems appalling to me about this whole enquiry, is the fact that they went to war on a lie in the first place.
Then Bliar swans off into the sunset after massive unnecessary bloodshed, to collect his blood money.
He will come to the enquiry and try to schmooze everyone as if he is a saint.
And he will walk away unscathed to continue living high on the hog.
When, realistically him and GWB should be brought to book at the very least.

Will Blair actually condescend to appear ?
If he does it may well be the greatest acting performance since Olivier`s Richard III.

jobs for the boys. have another enquiry, controlled by the terms of reference, and drag it out, pay ourselves lots of money

The only person to lose his job as a result of the Iraq War is the DG from the BBC.

You may be right, it may be another money drain like Blair's Lord Saville Enquiry, set up ten years ago to stage a second enquiry into Bloody Sunday, still not reported and has been a beano for lawyers with over £100mill. gone in legal fees.

Dont forget that khunt Piers Morgan, now he's swanning round the world making a packet. What a twisted world we live in

What about Falconer defending Bair on question time last night?
What we must not forget is that Falconers hands are stained with the same blood, this explains his disgusting stand in defending the indefensible.

I share your faith.

Blair can appoint all the tame enquiries he likes, with restricted terms of reference, protocols, evidence given not on oath etc.,

but some day he will receive judgement where he is not dictating terms.

These lowlifes apologise for the Potato famine, slavery, the Empire, exporting kids to Australia; but the one disgraceful thing that they are wholly responsible for they try to ignore.

I don't believe in god , so why should I believe that some fanciful idea that what goes around comes around, there are MILLIONS of
pieces of evidence to prove the point, incidentally I don't believe in the devil either.

baz,
no sign at the moment of justice being done, but I like to believe that Karma/God/some celestial force will even things up.
At the moment few in the world has done better out of Iraq than Fettes former pupil.
Can't be right whatever your beliefs.
good luck.

In my area we have just heard the results of a trial whereby a Rabbi was tried for drug dealing, when police raided premises he had
£16,000 lying around amongst electronic metric scales and 50 grammes of pure cocaine plus powders to be used as cutting agents,
the police went to his home and found another 50 grammes of pure cocaine, plus scales and cutting agent along with another £3,000 in
cash, with all that evidence he was found not guilty.
This is why Bush and Blair use the lie that they believe in god, it helps other superstitious people to accept their story.
Report Powelliphanta superba superba November 27, 2009 7:29 PM GMT
Well those men of the cloth can bu gger young boys and get away with it coz they believe the mighty God so I suppose killing innocent people and making money from it must be okay too.
