What a nut job.

Crime and Security Bill

Gives police the power to bar suspected domestic violence offenders from their homes for a period, even when not charged.

Great, even more arbitrary power without reason or justification required for the coppers.

Introduces compulsory licensing for all wheel-clamping businesses.

Totally unnecessary as the courts are capable of dealing with all matters under current laws. This is just another tax-raising waste of money to feed the public sector tumour.

Energy Bill

Sets rules for energy firms to provide support- such as rebates - for poorer customers

Hiding state subsidies within tarriffs so he doesn't have to be honest about taxing and handing out. This guy is so anti-business.

Equality Bill

Gives the whole public sector a duty to "narrow the gap between rich and poor"

Rank idiocy. Always talking about the gap, he'd like to see poor people poorer as long is it's less so than rich people. Always the case when someone mention "the gap".

Financial Services Bill

Strengthens the FSA to take "action" on pay of those in financial services, following the recent outcry over bonuses.

What a chicken. His electorate demand action from him and he sidesteps it by making a little regulator respnsible so he can say the inaction (which is guaranteed) is not his fault. Wimp.

Fiscal Responsibility Bill

Provides a "firm and binding statutory basis" for the government's promise to halve its budget deficit within four years.

This is actually a good measure although not far enough as it only mentions a smaller deficit rather than a cap on total tax / GDP. The funny thing is that the worst Chancellor in history is set to introduce it. Well, at least he learned eventually. Of course, he's trying to constrain Cameron so he can accuse him of fiscal imprudence when he cleans up Brown's brown mess. Amazing.

House of Lords Reform Bill

Promises that the Lords will be between 80% and 100% elected. States the government should not hold a majority in the second chamber and its members must be independent.

More tinkering with a system that did fine for hundreds of years. Amazingly he wants to reach beyond his premiership (to which he wasn't elected anyway) to constrain future chambers. Incredble.

What a cnut.

Goring leaps to the defence of cowboy wheel-clampers on the grounds that legislation might restrict their business opportunities.

Classic.

EMR you still dont get it do you - just not being Brown is all thats required.

Cameron wont be a lot better, but a lot of that is down to the mess labour have left us in.

Besides EMR, reading your posts you are a perfect target for BNP, you should jump ship to a place you belong, not the millionaire fraudsters you seem to revere.
