11.4 Billion borrowed by the Government yet only yesterday he was pledging more money for care for the elderly. How stupid must you be to believe a word this madman says.
Can Brown aviod the ultimate humiliation of ending his term with the IMF in charge. Why doesnt he go now and let all the mugs blame Cameron for all the drastic cuts.

I'm really not sure whether he is more deluded, dangerous or incompetent. He is certainly all 3 but I'm not sure in which order.

I share your concerns re Cameron, harry, I just dont see anybody anywhere to sort this awful mess.

The Times quote Labour peers condemning the 'free' care for the elderly as 'irresponsible, unaffordable and based on a myth.'

One peer, a former member of the Royal Commission on Long-Term Care says this measure threatens to undo current work on building a system to help the elderly and those most in need of care.

Their NuLab Lordships should not be surprised - it is classic Bottler 'strategy' - nice headline, no substantive planning on implementation or costing - nor worried, it won't like so many Bottler fantasies ever happen.

They say things come in threes - record borrowings this morning, this key plank of Bottler's election strategy shot down within 24 hours of announcement, and following his failure to mention Kelly yesterday the papers splashing with 5 of the 6 peers and MPs shortlisted for prosecution are NuLab.

Things can only get better?????????????

Perhaps Cameron should just call in the IMF on day one?
They have an experise in dealing with basket case countries like ours.
If he tries to manage the mess for a year or so and meets public sector resistance to reform the IMF have to come in anyway and the Liars will say it is his fault.
Better get it over and done with.

Good point noddy, just hold up your hands after a week and say "look what we've found" and call in the administrators.

Cameron is a million to sort out the debt caused by Brown.

A bit like asking a top chef to cook a michelin star meal using only a pinch of salt and a rotten egg.

No chance.

Lampus you do write silly things sometimes, yet you claim to be a socialist and you urge Brown to sell everything, he already is doing and that is why I KNOW he is NOT a socialist, just a greedy lying politician , un elected for the premiership, we need a return to pride in the nation and huge amounts of honesty, which we will not get, if people like you urge stupidities.
