The poor , the working classes and the chavs are to be taxed off the roads and out of the sky's.

One big problem there, the sort of people you are mentioning and the way they live for e.g wont be too bothered about things like insurance for there cars anyhow, so dont moan when you are rear ended by some chav and it ends up costing you a fortune.
