Is it a Brass Eye special please?
Report flatliner November 9, 2009 1:15 PM GMT
If you read the preview this could be an interesting programme.

I'm sure it will make very uncomfortable, if a little surreal, viewing for the man in question.

:D Shame!

Certainly sounds an interesting concept.
Doubt whether Mr Raven gives a flying **** though.

Yep they're going to execute him,

He'd better convert to Islam pronto. He'll have all those virgins to go at in his next life then.

Even though it's drama only the whole concept is chilling to me.

State sponsored killing.

Abhorrent.

Allows barracuda to have a hand-wringing sleepless night
Report baracouda30 November 9, 2009 9:15 PM GMT
Yeah, sensitive type me. Should really let people being executed wash over me.

Hand wringing? What does this mean? Or is it just where the page fell open in your Big Book of
Pointless Put-Downs?
Report quietgenius November 9, 2009 9:39 PM GMT
Your "angst" is over nothing isn't it. No chance of it coming back is there.

The whole programme a pointless self-indulgent exercise. tghe purpose to allow a bit of pontification by the C4 in-crowd.

Evry time I see these type of programmes advertised I think of that Alan Partridge sketch where he's desperately trying to think of programme ideas.

BTW "hand-wringing" wasn't meant as a put down :)

Lol. I never meant to watch it live, due to my obsession with betting on US nags, but did mean to record it. Forgot. I suppose I will have to try and get it on here tomorrow. The web that is. I don`t think Betfair had a market.

When are they going to show Monkey Tennis please.

Actually it was quite good, it built up my hopes that one day we'll execute those who murder children.

An excellent drama - the subject matter was a really difficult subject .. and they did it well ...

It would be hard to believe that the first death penalty in UK since 1960's would be a non murder committed on non UK territory though.

Any good defense would be able to build up enough doubt about the allegation.

The bloke who played GG was superb.
