Moneys in already bud. Email me yr address to markdobson@hotmail.co.uk and I will stick you a cheque in the post, or if you trust me with yr bank details will do it electronically.
Dont want to dump it on a caSh table as they will probably ban us both.
Yr share is just over £457.
Just started a new job with Barclays and already got a weeks holiday in for next month. Cant see me getting more time off, so will probably just take the cash alternative, which I think is 65% of $5,200.

That table was very lively, about the 10th time I'd been moved.Very hard to play when that happens.Exit hand all very standard, but I can state with absolute certainty the guy who took me out has no chance of winning [;)] :

Played the last few hands appallingly. Really hacked off with myself after getting back to 2nd of the 3 left in it. Will have a look at the hand histories tomorrow and work out where it all went wrong, and learn from it.

Its tough when yr a low stakes stt player playing a few hands on the bubble of these making decisions that are basically worth over $5k. Gives you some perspective into how ballsy these nosebleed stakes players are.

I seen you force show a stone cold bluff a few hands before your exit, we all do it but the bluff was appalling. I think you lost the respect of your opponents after that. In saying that, the guy you had position over was pretty loose to your raises and imo should have been the bubble player. Don't think there was anything wrong with your exit shove or your opponents call from what I remember (I had a few beer in me)
It fairly gives you the confidence knowing you can beat any stakes. It's just having the balls to get the bankroll to move up there. I'm like you Chip, a low stakes player who plays with confidence in my comfort zone but I know from experience that there is nothing special about higher stakes - there are bad players with money at every level.
Very Very well played in these and unlucky not to cash in last nights game.

In the 6 seaters you are pretty much forced to play loads of hands, especially with only 2 prizes and hundreds of runners, and if you want to get into a strong position then you have to bluff a lot, especially when you are card dead.
The guy I ended up pretty much heads up with went into the final table with a massive chip lead ( think he had nearly 400k and third highest was 120k )but just seemed to want to play every pot. I was hoping at some point once he got down to 180k the new chip leader would re-raise him and slow him down, but when there was no sign of that happening i knew i would have to take a chance. Ideally against a loose aggressive player you are looking to trap, but with blinds 5000/10000 and antes 1000 its costing you 18k every rotation you sit out and wait for a hand to trap with.
Looking at the hand histories when we initially went 3 handed i was on 104k, the guy second was on 264k, and the chip leader on 458k and blinds were 4000/8000 so probably was a bit hard on myself. Theres one hand i got horribly wrong, initial bet sizing was wrong and this led to a pretty horrible bet on the flop, but the rest looks pretty standard. Needed a monster at the right time and didnt get it.

I think you played it very well Chip, nothing wrong with the bluff, just that it went to a showdown.
I didn't follow the whole 3 handed but the guy to your right (you had position over him) was the weakest of the 3 (was he the big stack?) and in most circumstances he would be the bubble boy.

Bigger field tonight, 378 runners. Standard pretty poor again. I'm 9/96 at first break, which is ahead of where I've been the last few nights. Very tired as been on training course all day after about 6 hours kip.
