r u still having troubles loging in??? I have been trying all day !!!! I am so angry !!! The software won't even bring the log in page, it just crashes and switches off ! I have unistalled the software, then downloaded it again but it still hasn't made it work. Is there any thing else I could try? Before today it was working fine.

Why no reply, head in the sand time again. If you went to a shop and was shown the same level of poor service you wouldn't go back. Are we all just to lazy to change, surely there must be a better site.

You know there was an upgrade yesterday? There is a note about this as top thread on this forum. Perhaps call the helpdesk and see if there are any specific issues with downloading the upgrade and your firewall settings?

Bloody useless-cant seem to bet, say .50 or .60 - only allows me to bet 1/2 or all the post or $1 or $2 - the . button doesnt seem to work.

I am using norton firewall, switched off to test. Still failing to load, checks for updates , then must be running betfair.bat . Which comes up in note, this can't be right.
Installed latest java , after unstalling previous versions. Same here, kept coming back to say that I have inputted incorrect password, whcih I haven't. I rang them yesterday and they just did something and it worked again, cannot be bothered to phone again today.

FFS ive uninstalled it and still no joy, wtf is wrong with these bastards......its says downloading updates, green bar goes half way through, then disappears

I never played on betfair since 2 or 3 years. I download the software and install it. Then the client try an update and cancel it. No Window and no Software opens. Whats up? No Support???

impossible to use the poker softwaresame problem as described by others, no startup, no login possible).Only the web based version is doing it

Support's suggestion, dont use the shortcut to open the software, then try reinstalling lol. When it comes to Betfair and software upgrades, they have as much success as repo man did in early 90s wwf. |
