From my point of view and living in England, and not sure it's a Betfair but Ongame issue, I would like to see some games between $20 and $50 buyins, that attracted between 50 and 100 people, had blinds that were between the current 3 min turbos and 10 min longer formats, started between 8pm to 11pm and went on for around two hours.

Say you come in from work, eat, get everything out of the way by 8pm and sit down for a game of poker knowing you have to be in bed by 11-12 to get up for work the next day? You've got the $12k turbo at 9.30 ($50 buyin) and the $4k turbo at 10pm ($10 buyin. What else is there, discarding the small stake stuff?

I can't be the only one, who is put off by the thought of a 4 hour plus tourney but doesn't want to be playing 3 minute poker bingo all the time. Why is there no in between ground?

Can  ask when you are going to allow players to track their profit/loss without having to pay for a sharkscope subscription?

OK two points...

1: MTT payouts are too deep in terms of players and therefore too shallow in terms of $.   You are getting about 7-1 on a top 15 finish on 1000 runner comps.... getting to the point where it's not really worth playing (here).

2: Who plans BF live games?  Love the concept and ejoyed the couple i've been on but I really struggle to see the point of games where the buy in is about 50% of the expense of travelling half way across europe and a hotel.  As a min they need to be $1000 or £500 entries with some higher.

On a side note the TV girl from BF live Prague needs better taste in men.

BF Why is your site so bent? When I first joined this site I thought maybe, just maybe I'd found a site that was fair. How wrong could I be! BF is as bent as all the others........apart from Poker Stars which is as bent as a bent thing.$10 left and I cant wait to lose it and get off your crummy, bent, twisted site. Live poker for me from now on. Answer me if you can come with a valid explanation. Doubt if you can.

Customer Service response times
Is there any chance this can be improved and/or the infrastructure looked at? Last week I received an email stating a rakeback payment had been credited to me but upon looking at my account I could see it wasn't there. I sent an email to Betfair asking for it to be credited, I then received a reply saying it had been forwarded to the appropriate department. So far so good then a 3 day wait for a reply saying the email was sent in error and I wasn't due any rakeback as I hadn't played for the period in question (fair enough - I went to my account and verified this). The reply was fine but was far too late, to wait 3 days for a response to such a simple query is appalling IMO. Every other poker site I have used I have never had to wait in excess of 3 hours for a response. Surely with such a simple query as mine all that is involved is a simple account check and quick verification of figures? This wasn't just a one off though, EVERY time I have emailed customer services before the response time is always very slow.

Given that you all cry your arrises off that, NOTHING NADA ZILCH ever gets done.
Why do you all still believe this is a representitive of Betfair poker. This must be at least the sixth
one of these. Somebody, somewhere, (and my money is still on Lord Highstacks) is taking a massive amount of
urine out of you lot.Laugh[;)]Shocked

Hows the change affected betfair upto now, Negative or positive ?

I must say when you first changed the site I didn't like it at all, I liked how betfair was for the previous years I've been here

Instead of playing more like I wanted to do, I have played less. Everyone knows I'm SKILLFULL at the tables, And although I may be talented I would like to see less players paid in the mtt's

I started a thread about this, And the feedback was that I wasn't the only person wanting this

Players are in games for upto 4 hours and getting little more than the stake back

If its the case where you have the customers and improvements are working, Why not make it possible to cut down the overall entries in 1 game by making the same game available twice at the same time

Also all players are different and like different blind structures, If you have the players why not put on more games

As much as it pains me to say i agree with some of what sleep says, re mtts, i will be moving shortly to somewhere else as im not good enough to win the big tourneys but i regularly cash 25-30% of the time, but get no reward, whereas i played last night on another site and cashed in 3 mtts and on each occasion got at least twice back what i would have on here. There are some tourneys that i like on here but the payout stucture makes it not worthwhile.
PS before you have one of these dont u think it would be prudent to answer and honour the questions and answers from the last one first, just a thoughtSad

asking anything remotely poker related is quite clearly pointless, so i will ask you a question that i think is within your capabilities to answer.

what is your favourite colour?

Just to agree with previous posts about the several q and a betfair had last year and we replied with exactly what was wrong and we have had almost no changes whatsoever.

One of my and others gripes was that there were no 2000 or double  starting stack sngs, like there were on the old betfair.  All the sngs are 1500 starting stacks, you would think they could spare a few for larger ones.  However, I now play sngs on will hill, where they have double stack sngs. More lost custom.

I have met the guy who posts as BetfairPokerPR and can assure you he is real and can also state that he is a really nice guy, having said that.......

Before starting another of these threads why not go over what has been raised in previous ones and inform us of what has changed or what is likely to be changed from our previous points.

If people see nothing changing then they wont take threads like this seriously and they will be just a 'abuse the Betfair guy' session.

Personally I know a lot of things on the actual poker site are not so easy for you to control as obviously it is not actually your site BUT your customer service is run by Betfair and staffed by Betfair employees and there really is no excuse for the pathetically poor level of service they give to their customers.  For many it will be their first point of contact and probably their last as the best way to lose customers in such an over saturated and competetive market is to deliver poor customer service.

Please answer. Can you do some BETFAIR ONLY PLAYERS tournaments that offer some decent guarantees!! Cut out the excuses and look after your betfair regulars a bit better.
Also to everyone moaning about the payout structure, betfair dont have the clout to change this as it is all down to ongame.
By:

they wont bring the loss limits back as they actually want winning poker players taking their money into a sports betting enviroment rather than out of the system.

to deny poker players the option to limit their sports betting losses or exclude themselves from sports betting shows utter contempt for the customer and pishes all over any committment to gamcare/responsible betting.

Agreed but I want to see what bull**** excuse they give. Last time we were fobbed off with there are plans in place to address this...when they don't I want to hear the logic. Will at least bring a chuckle.

Of course but why should that stop people speaking their minds on the subject or for that matter BF making representations to Ongame?
