In my opinion it seems that every one i talk to lately is doing there bollox on the tables......is anybody out there actually making any money from poker apart from the sites. And if you are making money how much??? is it really worth the hours your putting in??

I make a small profit... When sitting watching TV I switch on the laptop and play whilst I watch. I play for fun and tbh i love the game (apart from the badbeats [;)])!

I make money but at an hourly rate equivalent to a worker in a Mumbai sweatshop. However like 213 I am usually watching TV at the same time, betting on Sky Sports, and knitting.
That was bad luck for Colly, but didnt affect the market too much
to be fair ABU has probably spent more in a day on trinkets than our combined lifetime poker earnings.

I think there is a lot in this. Although I am slightly up since Betfair switched to ongame, I have had this feeling that I am being outplayed. A feeling that I never had on the old Betfair. Stronger opposition, bigger mtt fields equals more hurdles to negotiate.

You forgot to mention sending complaints to betfair if anyone talks to you at the tables

Nice to see your 'business' doing well beriteonce - wouldn't have thought there was much call for a poacher in London.
I made 20 K profit on ladbrks before i got banned made a few k on old betfair before they changed and new betfair zilch only the new player bonus and a few bits of rakeback to show for my efforts
