we have a website yes but not too much on there as yet as we are having a few tech issues which will be resolved by the weekend and a full schedule will be up
the website addy should be easy enough to work out as we are "the phoenix club" and a company in the uk
we do have a facebook group but its a closed one at the moment although i will invite anyone who wants to  if they go via me

Does the club shut at 1am or remain open selling soft drinks?

Nice touch supporting the Air Ambulance, they are a fantastic organisation to raise funds for.

cheers - been away in yorkshire for a family bereavement so just catching up
bar closes at 1 am but club can remain open for soft drinks
