yeah just happened to me. do we need to contact betfair to get a refund?

ya went to sit at a cash game with $40, never was seated, but money was deducted, I'd reckon the site has been hacked, hopefully not and if so are we entitled to a refund, there chatting there on the site, lot of $$$$$$ missing

I rang betfair you wont get through, it says there experiencing a problem/ technical difficulties that they are trying to sort out

Hopefully they'll not cause cause any hassle about that and just refund the money..

Just checked my account. The 2315 which I failed to register too shows in my account as having taken my $22.

I thought this problem was brought up within a few weeks of Betfair being on Ongame! That was ages ago. Howcome it is STILL happening?
