How do you get a ticket?

I would register but I have not got a ticket (you owe me 8)

You need to opt-in using the code 'GIVEAWAY' before the 7th of October at 23:59 and for each day that you earn 50 Player Points you will credited with a ticket.

Ticket qualification has been running for a while now, but there is still time to opt in and earn tickets.

chelsea - email/ring customer services and they will credit any outstanding tickets you are owed.

BetfairTourneyMGR, with respect I have tried this on more than once and kept getting the same response saying it was getting sorted In the end you just give up.

Your systems can't even cope with something as simple as activating a ticket when 50 points are achieved.

So while posts like this are great, they are next to useless if people don't have the tickets they are due.

Have you ever tried to be a secret shopper to your customer services desk? Might as well stand bashing your head against a wall - at least the latter is less painful, but tends to make more sense! 

Frontline customer services are impossible to deal with - they dont have a clue what or who their base is, nor do they care - they simply lack pride in their roles and in two simple words can be described as a "failing service".

I did have some missing tickets but emailed the pokerinfo addy with the dates I'd qualified and it got sorted.

Only 151 entrants in tonight's tourny BftMGR so can we have 2 tickets each please? :0

Top 300 get a $33 ticket and there's not a Dane in sight - fill ya boots gents.

Does anything actually happen because there was only half the entrants to nearly twice the prizes?

They said on the Q+A earlier its two $33 tickets per entry due to the overlay.

You don't happen to know when the $33 tickets will be credited to accounts?

I'm also still waiting on several $150k tickets being credited to my account, have emailed them about it so hope they do it before tomorrow's tournament [smiley:crazy]

BTW I am now on the fourth email I have sent through to your Customer Services regarding an outstanding ticket and still they are denying it is owed.

If I get one more email saying I am wrong I think I am going to explode.

These tickets were earned on the 16th and 17th September, I gave up trying to earn more after that as I am still waiting now for the second to be credited.

I have asked the last lovely lady Corrina to check with you before she sends another response - I hope that is OK and you can check my Account for youself?

Why should I have to do all this for a Promotion that you have advertised?

I have the same problem. They gave me 5 tickets instead of 6 tickets. I mailed support. Then they asked for screenshot. I send the screenshots and they still say only 5 tickets and different poker points. Dont understand the problem. I see my Poker points and i am right and then they ignore screenshots.

Are all those having problems getting tickets mainly cash players? It's pretty easy if your a s & g or mtt player $10 in fees = 50pts = a ticket. It's all there in your account and pretty much undeniable if there's a dispute.

With regards to your query I have looked into your account history and can confirm that on the 17th September you did indeed registered into 20 X $5.50 (Buy-in) tournaments, which should sum up to 50 points. However the report shows that you have generated 45 daily points for that date.

So now they admit I should have 50 points, but their report only shows 45 for some reason. Wonder if this is linked to those phantom games that were being discussed?

This is after three previous emails when they have denied I was owed a ticket, so don't let them fob you off.

Sounds like I should have the ticket by November anyway when it will be useless

Hi DaVinci. I've had a word with the promo guys and it should be sorted now? I also got them to give you an extra ticket for the inconvenience.

Not wanting to worry for no reason though, I guess rakeback is calculated from reports? If so, while I am raking hardly anything now, surely all the rakeback calculations will be wrong too?

Did they find any reason for the discrepancies in the end?
