Why have you continued to pay some STT players enhanced rakeback at the same time as you are removing it from your regular cash players?
Is it fair to say that on average your profitable players have better rakeback deals than your losing players?
If that is true, do you accept that the Essence system means that overall betfair and ongame take a bigger proportion of the rake than they would do without Essence?
If you believe in the fundamental principle of the Essence system, then when are ongame and betfair going to take steps to ensure that all the money taken from the better players goes to the bad players?

So after a couple of months can you tell me have you made any changes as requested by many old betfair players?
So far the offer seems to be more players then better games. Arguable. If I wanted to play against more players i'd play on a bigger site more often (and do have accounts them).
Tournaments with larger fields take longer to end so to be realistic for an English player I'm likely to play less in future not more. Just a time per hours in a working day issue.
On functionality. No basic counting facilities of own play as offered on all major sites.
No table waiting selections offered on cash or sit n goes.
And as for player chat. Can't do so if not registered in tournament, worse still can't do so once out and that LEAVE message suggests that you do not want your customers back. Why?
Finally, with your imminent flotation and apparent lack of preferential shares to customers are you not giving the message that you want to fleece your punters even more in less rakeback, and more rake, and this may get worse?

On P & L account. I can get statement history but since migration the name of tournament and position finished in a tournament is not there. Useful if could be provided plus number of runners. Statement downloadable to excel.
I want to analyse it anyway as seeing the bankroll reducing (the value in the last column) since migration means a bit more thought into what I'm doing. I suppose constantly winning months at low stakes since January allowing me to withdraw £500 (not dollars)each month from bankroll had to come to an end sometime. I hope it's just variance, and that I'm smart enough to adjust.
Anyway Betfair - are you going to offer some better functions in my account to enable us to monitor profit and loss?

Why do neither tournaments or cash games have no timebanks? Ongame gives you the least time of any site anyway and when you have a tough decision you can not think properly and end up basically tossing a coin on what to do.
Cash games seem unplayable due to the software so until it charges dramatically I won't be playing here. As far as I can see these any questions exercises seem like pure pr exercises because Betfair have joined ongame and do not have the power to make them improve the many problems with their terrible site!

I've wondered about this for a while, I assumed and still believe Betfair have joined the OnGame network. However in responses on here I'm sure betfairpokerpr has referred to Ongame as a 'partner' which gives the impression that Betfair and OnGame have merged. The fact that it took so long to get to the bottom of the 'Essence' system and the admission that OnGame keep the formula secret suggests Betfair have joined the network like any other poker room.
There's nothing wrong with this but it would seem James Beckton is correct when he says that the buck lies with OnGame. Betfair can make suggestions and forward complaints but ultimately it comes down to OnGame with regards to implementation.

I have put the above as simply as I could in one word syllables as I know betfair have difficulty in understanding our requests as they have not bothered to change anything we have asked for
My game of choice nowadays is 6 max cash games, but you only have five max. Because of no waiting lists, when you join a game it quickly becomes 4 max and then maybe 3 max and then after a while it just becomes heads up, not what I joined the game for. So I usually play on i poker which has six max games that do not break down at all because they have a waiting system. However, I would prefer to play on betfair because the competition is not so hot.
I would have thought that it would be very easy to put on 7 max games. Why have just 5 max and 10 max, why not something inbetween? 7 max allows for players sitting out and leaving, so hopefully you would in theory be playing a 6 max game most of the time - something most people are used to. If you will not bring in a waiting system then 7 max would be better than 6 max because players leave and are not instantly replaced like on a waiting system.

Some answers to your Essence questions (also posted in the rakeback vs. loyalty thread)
Q: Why have you conned us saying we will get 40% rakeback when we get 40% pointback? A: We have honoured all legacy rake back deals to the same % as prior to the migration, this has not changed. The way in which rake is attributed on cash tables has changed since we joined the network. Therefore some players who play the same volume as they did prior to migration may see a different amount of rake back according to the ‘essence’ model.
Q: Betfair promised to keep the existing rakeback deals intact. Yet the changing the way of attributing the rake so ppl with 40 percent rakeback get basically 30 percent rakeback. They are not keeping their words. A: Same answer as above applies
Q: Why have you continued to pay some STT players enhanced rakeback at the same time as you are removing it from your regular cash players? A: The ‘essence’ formula only applies to cash games, therefore if you only play tournaments and are subject to the ‘house fee’ then you will not be subject to the ‘essence’ calculations. All deals regardless of the type of player you are have been honoured.
Is it fair to say that on average your profitable players have better rakeback deals than your losing players?
A: Not at all, there are both winning and losing players on equal rake back deals
Q: If that is true, do you accept that the Essence system means that overall Betfair and Ongame take a bigger proportion of the rake than they would do without Essence? A: The rake amount that is charged on cash games and by tournament fees has not changed, only the way it gets attributed to players. It very much depends on how the players perform against other players under the ‘essence’ model.
Q: If you believe in the fundamental principle of the Essence system, then when are Ongame and Betfair going to take steps to ensure that all the money taken from the better players goes to the bad players? A: According to ‘essence’ rake is attributed based on your play between the players on that particular table. Whether the players are on rake back or part of a loyalty scheme is irrelevant as they would be awarded Player Points regardless so this ensures that players are rewarded based on their coefficient within the ‘essence’ model.
Q: If you don't believe in the fundamental principle of the Essence system, then why haven't you just come clean and say that you are reducing rakeback to boost profits from poker?
A: Same as above, can maybe add that we are working with Ongame towards providing more transparency around ‘essence’ and how it is attributed although the general principles around keeping the ecology of the room stable still applies.

I still play on betfair but usually give up when I have tried for five minutes to get a game because you do not have waiting lists or join a game only to see it become 3/4 max within minutes. However I play on i poker also because their site is miles better than ongame, although the competition is higher.
The things I dislike about ongame:-
No waiting lists
No player finder
No buddy lists
No country of origin
No 2000 sngs
Unable to use notes because it stops you from typing
No auto rebuy
No automatic centring of player
Not able to play in british pounds. I really do like playing in pounds - it seems more real and exciting, I do not know why!
No specific tables for six max, so players sit anywhere and it looks awful.
No profit and loss reports
NO SIX MAX CASH TABLES
No nice background etc, the site looks drab and grey.
Not able to select own avatar, I am represented by a MALE. Although I do not use avatars it is annoying to be represented by a male. Also on other sites you can now have the avatars as just small pictures, which I like - it makes the site more interesting and gives an insight into the players.
Hand histories are awful. As well on other sites you get the option to go back as far as when you started playing the game - not on ongame.
Only two warnings given, once at the beginning and once half way through. Why no warning just before you are sat out, like other sites. i poker gives you four warnings. I have often been sat out, something that rarely happens on i poker.
Awful customer service. EXCEPT FOR ED AND A FEW OTHERS. What seems to happen is that a few of the bad ones give the others a bad name. You should remove them to another job. They do not know their product and do not care that they do not. I have been constantly told someone will ring me back, they never do.
No freephone number for customer service. Perhaps that is why you do not hear as many complaints as you should do. It costs players money. i poker is free, although I must in all fairness say their staff are just as bad.
No player points given at the table, unlike i poker.
Rakeback - All I want is to have a straightforward 30% with no fancy tournies etc that as a cash player I will never enter.
I cannot get my stats from pokertableratings from ongame, but I can from i poker.
No stats on the site.
No timebank
No turbo cash games. I like these as I think it cuts down the multi tablers, but you do not have any.
I am sure there is loads more, but I have typed them before and nothing has been done.
I have to decide soon which site to stick to as it is affecting my points balance to shuffle between two sites. As I have said before I think I would put up with all the horrible things about ongame if only you would do 6/7/8 max cash tables, preferably turbo, because the standard of player is lower. I know I am only a small player but I am increasing my playing and stakes amounts all the time and have just started doing two tables, so things are looking up
By the way I have to thank betfair, because due to no 2000 stack sngs and hardly any increase in the pot limit, fixed limit games I was forced to try n/l and to my surprise I am much better at it than sngs, fixed limit or pot limit!!
You do not have to answer this now, as it is a long post. It is more a reference to you to remind you what we do not like.

Q: When playing I have noticed other players getting extra time to act which I assume are from other skins and yet Betfair players do not appear to have this function?
It actually says in the chat box xxx78 has been given extra time to act!
So am I being really stupid and missing something (highly possible) or do players on other skins have an advantage over us?
A: The wording in the chat is unfortunate, because we thought so too! We checked with ongame and this is the text displayed when someone is disconnected and the client is trying to reconnect.

Q: Chipfire227 started a thread this week regarding a stt registration issue which read as follows:
over the last week or so i noticed i seemed to be registering for an stt every now and again and nothing happened.
i ( wrongly ) assumed i must have forgotten to click the confirmation button when registering and just booted up another one, as this is easily done when multi-tabling.
i discovered to my horror yesterday that these registrations are actually phantom games i.e you register, money is taken from your account, the game doesnt actually take place, but you don't get refunded.
this has now happened to me 2 days running where i have registered for a 22$ 10 seater, nothing happend i.e the game hasnt started , but ive had the money come out of my account and its not been refunded.
i've double checked on scope and theres 2 games ive been billed for in the last 24 hours that deffo didnt happen.
god knows how much i lost before i checked up on it ( without trawling through scope it would be impossible to find out ), but ive emailed bf and requested a refund for todays and yesterdays phantom games, and an explanataion as to why its happened and why i wasnt automatically reimbursed.
all i'd say is if yr convinced you registered for a game but none ever started check yr account statement.
Can you confirm and or respond to: 1) Are you aware of this glitch? 2) How long have you (or ongame) have been aware of it? 3) Is there actually any effort being made to rectify this and when is it likely to be resolved? 4) How can players establish if they have been affected? 5) Have you or ongame made any effort to inform players of this issue 6) What is being done or will be done to reimburse all the players affected?
A: We are aware of an uncommon issue that shows these symptoms. You say that rakeback deals have been honoured. I haven't played enough or taken stats to verify figures but if deals are being honoured then why were so many players reporting on here that they were being underpaid rakeback? Several players have also left the site over this issue. BingoBingo who is a multi-tabler here at low stakes and rakes quite a bit posted that he got more than 30% rakeback initially as he was losing on OnGame but has since been winning and got less than 30% of the rake he's paid. Is every player who has complained been miscalculating their rakeback or rake paid? I just can't see how so many players who log stats and each and every hand can all be getting it wrong.
To make it crystal clear are you saying that if a player paysfor example $1000 rake that they will receive $300 Rakeback regardless of whether they've 'attributed' more or less under the Essence system?

A: You’re absolutely right, as Omaha games are separated they do get less traffic. We have raised this as a challenge to Ongame, and they are looking at options to change how the game filtering works. We are also looking at some specific Omaha promotions to bring more traffic and awareness to those games. So it is definitely our intention to get a lot more activity going in Omaha.

Due to player demand, on 19 October we are adding speed cash game tables on our micro and low stake Hold Em cash game offering. We will provide an even more exciting player experience due to the increased number of hands played, less waiting for other players and faster decision making. The speed tables will be displayed in the lobby with distinct naming to differentiate them from the regular tables: “Speed” + city name (e.g. “Speed Berlin”).

1. No Waiting Lists – while we appreciate they are useful, waiting lists can also stop new games getting started. The software used to have waiting list and when they removed them many complained. However, once players got used to the new game selection they found they were getting better tables when they did get a seat.
2. No buddy list – we agree that there should be a tool for players to find their friends at tables and are looking at solutions to allow this to happen.
3. No choice of turbo cash games – we do have the ability to create Betfair only turbo cash tables and if we do get demand to introduce them then we’ll be happy to set some up.
4. No nationality – yes, we have had players complain about this. Again it’s due to be added as a feature in the poker room in the mid term.
5. No tourney position – we see your point here. It’s a feature that we’d like to add.
5a. No extra filters – afraid we’re not sure what you mean here. There are more filters options within the new lobby than we previously had. Is there a particular which is no longer there and you miss?
6. FOLDED CARDS NOT ON GAME BOARD. The folded cards are there but you have to go to game info for it, Betfair1 had it right in front of you.
- As mentioned before - this kind of feedback is great for us. We'll take this feedback, estimate how popular they are amongst our players, and request them from our software partners.
7. NO OBSERVER CHAT. Even if you do not chat much it was nice when people commented 'good game' when you left, now you cannot reply to them. - We are eager to keep the good-natured Betfair community feel on Betfair Poker 2. This will be one area we look at to maintain this amongst others.
8. NO CHOICE OF AVATARS. I do not like avatars and have them switched off. However, if someone is playing me with his avatars on I can be represented by someone completely different to me, usually a man. In William Hill, you can choose who you want to be represented by, so if someone is playing me they see a woman I have chosen.
- See your point. Fortunately everyone playing in this room sees the exact same avatar at all tables at the same position, so this is not as important in this room.
9. NO 2000 SNGS OR TOURNIES. I used to play almost exclusively 2000 sngs - now I have none. Why are they almost all 1500 starting stacks? - We can certainly look into this as well. If enough demand, we can develop this format more.
10. SATELLITE, BUT NO CLUE TO TOURNEY. Not sure about this one but someone mentioned it.
- We will work on developing the satellite content on our website. However, if you have some suggestions on improving the content in our lobby information, please send them in to us.
Meanwhile, please check the 'qualifier' selection in both of the tournament lobbies (SnG and Scheduled).
11. NO WARNING YOU ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE. I have sometimes clicked on the exit by mistake and usually on betfair 1 you would get a warning, now you exit straight away and have to re enter. This is an interesting point and something we will bring up with Ongame to see if it is on their roadmap.
12. WHY 5 SEATER, BUT 10 CHAIRS Maybe they had spare chairs and nowhere to stack them?
13. HARDLY ANY POT LIMIT. In betfair 1 you did have some but now I do not see any - I was looking forward to playing more pot limit. There is plenty of action on the Omaha tables but you are right there are no players at the PL holdem tables at the moment.
14. HAND HISTORIES ARE AWFUL. In betfair 1 there were several features which are not in the 'upgrade'. We apologise that you may be missing some of the features that were available but without any specifics from you I cannot tell you if they are on the Ongame roadmap or a bug that you may be experiencing.
15. ONLY 5 TABLES OR 10 TABLES. Again I have had to go to Willhill to get a six max table.
We have set up special 6 seater tables specifically for Betfair players – and if those prove popular we will add more over time.
16. NO DEEPSTACK TOURNIES
We can certainly look into some deepstack tournaments.
17. TAKING NOTES IS TERRIBLE. The screen freezes, I think when it is your turn, so trying to make notes in short handed games is impossible - again in will hill there is not a problem.
Is it a reoccurring issue? If so, could you please specifically raise it in writing to pokerinfo@betfair.com.
18. 'YOU ARE OUT OF THIS TOURNEMENT - LEAVE' This is an awful message. Surely it should say something like sorry you have failed this time, but better luck next time ? We’ll look into this, you’re right, it is not the greatest message.
19. NO TIMEOUT We’re not sure what you mean exactly here? in terms of time to act, you have a longer clock then most other sites. There is however no time bank as such.
20. CANNOT SUPPORT MULTI TABLING? I tried to do three tables and the cards would not display, then at the last minute they did but too late and i was folded with ak suited - urrgh! If this issue reoccurs, then please let us know on pokerinfo@betfair.com.
21. CANNOT CHANGE COLOUR OF TABLE. Cards look better on certain colour tables, but now it is like it or lump it. I guess this is quite a personal taste – we have developed our colour scheme to achieve two things: best possible legibility and visibility of cards, and respect the colours of the Betfair brand.
22. CANNOT PLAY IN POUNDS OR EUROS. I know you could not on betfair 1, but I had hoped you could on the 'upgrade'. I enjoy playing in pounds on willhill as it seems more real, especially when you win!
We’re obviously an international room, with the majority of our players actually coming from countries with euro currency. But the universal currency of poker is still mostly dollars, and this seems to make sense to the vast majority of our players. Sorry.
ANNIESome answers from our last Q & A Session 1. No Waiting Lists – while we appreciate they are useful, waiting lists can also stop new games getting started. The software used to have waiting list and when they removed them many complained. Ho

So no six max for low and micro players? Also because the 6 max tables are empty they will not show up on most players search as they presumably, like me, hide full and empty tables.
But thanks for the reply. I now know that I shall stop waiting for betfair to put them on. Maybe ongame users are so used to five max now. So now it is even more important to have waiting lists. Five max could be bearable if only it stayed at 5 max.
What I need is a site like i poker but with the customer base of ongame.

BetfairPokerPR, you rightly highlight the negatives associated with waiting lists but I think before I proposed some decent measures that could be implemented subject to the software capability - 1) Limit the amount of tables individual players can wait for 2) Limit the number of players waiting per table e.g only allow 4 people to wait for a 5 max table. I think these measures would be worth trying and preferable to the 'fastest finger first' way of grabbing the last seat at a table at the moment.

The rake is taken from the pot, not from the players and the rake taken has not changed. Rake assistance calculators like hold’em manager use a standard model of rake attribution. Those tools are not able to calculate correctly what rake is being attributed to the players under the essence model. So yes, there is a difference between what you are used to under the “standard” rake attribution models and how essence works. This difference is either positive or negative. (actually it is positive for the majority of players)
A: So to be clear, if the rake that you are being attributed is $1000 and you are due to receive 30% of that, then you will get $300 back. If you looked for the same time period in Hold Em manager for example you may well see $800 or $1200.
As we have explained before, we are absolutely conscious of the fact you need more details on how essence work, and we have committed to bring you a greater level of transparency on the model as soon as possible.

annie, I don't play either betfair or ipoker as my main site but for all its faults I would put up with ongame over ipoker. ipoker IMO is the toughest site for cash games, too many multi-tabling nits.

Q: Your response (regarding the STT’s that do not run in the lobby) is incomplete.
1) How long have you known about this? 2) what have you done to inform players proactively regarding it? 3) If you are aware of the issue and have not taken adequate steps to inform your clients and to prevent it happening or refunding your clients ... is this not bordering on fraud? 4) How can I investigate all my stt's when I clearly know its happened, but cannot definitely state when it happened, because at the time it occured, i thought i was just losing my mind.
A:
1) We work with Ongame on all these types of issues, however rare they may be. We immediately inform Ongame of issues as we (or our players) notice them, as they do for us. This makes sure that our Helpdesk teams have the most up to date information and can best help players’ queries. On this specific issue, we can look into when the issue was first noticed in the room and come back to you later but am afraid none of us have this to hand right now. 2) We have not raised this in communications to our entire player base as it is occurs extremely rarely to a tiny % of our customer base. We are also able to rectify these instances quickly in most instances (through triggered reports), and within 24 hours in all. However, our Helpdesk teams are briefed on this and work with our Product teams and Ongame to deal with customer queries when they get them. 3) As stated previously, we pick up on 100% of these occurrences and have a reconciliation process in place to refund players (if STT buy ins do not equate to STT payouts, there is likely to be a phantom STT issue which we can pinpoint and repay anyone affected). To reiterate, we and Ongame are not keeping this money. 4) Your account statement should show a buy in, but no settlement transaction – however, we will happily look into this for you, outside our automated reconciliation process, if you get in contact with our Helpdesk team at the time.

Have you seen the model that full tilt came up with this week? Perfect model for rake and extremely BET ... FAIR
If one contributes $7 into a $42 pot, their rake is 7/42 of the rake and gets points and rakeback allocated accrodingly. SIMPLE & FAIR for everyone concerned.

Absolutely, there are many ways to make waiting list work positively. Thanks for your input, we’ll take this onboard.

I hadn't seen that The Klup but that sounds very clear, easy to understand and fair.
The only transparent and clear thing with regards to Essence is that it designed to be unfair and for the benefit of losing players. I like that OnGame are upfront about this and what they're trying to do (keep money in the poker system), I also understand that they want to keep formulas top secret but I think they should at least publish some sort of grading table that they use or a ranking chart and be able to tell players on request where on the chart they are classified. I suppose though if they did this players could potentially piece together formulas using stat programs like hold em manager.

Q: the majority of our players actually coming from countries with euro currency
So why not play in Euros then?
I must admit that I too really hate playing in dollars. Why pander to the Americans?
A: We are in Betfair Poker 2 as well as we did earlier in Betfair Poker 1 only supporting USD in our client - which is the most commonly used currency used in the poker world. It was important for us to keep consistency on this when launching Betfair Poker 2. We do not currently have any plans to introduce multi-currency.

so an extremely unsatisfactory answer to my question?
OK - so (except for the klup challenge which i have responsibility for, I will wait till I get a complete answer before i play any betfair poker again.

I may be in a minority but I prefer playing in dollars. As BetfairPokerPR states it is the currency of the poker world. Even though I'm in the UK I dislike playing £ tables or even Euros, not sure why but it just doesn't feel right online.

2) this is factually incorrect. i got refunded because i sent in an emailed complaint. my email still hasnt received a reply and it was sent a week ago. clearly your helpdesk IS NOT AWARE.
3) i would not have got the refund if i hadnt complained. it cant be generated automatically as both my refunds went in at the same time ( the day after my complaint ) despite the games being over a day apart. the onlt refunds i got were for games i reported. i haven not received refunds for any other games even tho i know this happened to me prior tome finally sussing out what was happening.
4) our statements do not show settlement for losing games so we cant reconcile.all that appears are registrations and payouts.
thanks though for taking the time to reply. it is appreciated.

Thanks for that about full tilt rake, klup. This would benefit me as I like to play quite loose and enjoy playing the flop etc. I know I should be tighter, but at the moment the enjoyment I get from poker comes before monetary gain! With i poker the points are given to everyone even if they have not contributed anything, which probably explains the large proportion of nits, like poolio said!
Thanks poolio for that bit about i poker. I had noticed that nearly all the players are multitabling, so I am pleased that I was winning, although at micro stakes. Maybe if I can win there I can win anywhere, to paraphrase new york, new york I live in hope, although it is very early days for me playing no limit cash hold em. I have spent most of the year playing sngs, but the DOWNGRADE at betfair put a stop to that as I do not like the 1500 stacks.

its like that every day doobs, and im assuming its to prevent the field being swamped with discos as there were loads of complaints about that in the last similar promo.
i've got more tickets ( 15 )than there are events left and im assuming loads are in the same boat. if i could i'd register for the lot now to stop me forgetting even tho theres a few i wont play.
to be fair sundays event had about 130 runners and there were very few discos. when theres 30+ prizes up for grabs, as there are for some events, it becomes farcical if theres loads of dicsos. in the past promos theres been 6 or 7 disconnected on some tables, and none on others, making it a lottery. one table only had2 live players and they just took turns to take the blinds and speed played. by level 4 they had 4 x their starting stcks without ever having to play a hand.

Q: With 151 runners in tonites Givaway Comp4 and 300 places being paid can you arrange for the remaining $4917 worth of value to be credited to my account please?
Wonky,
Nice try. As we have had $9,900 worth of prizes advertised for some time now, we will credit all entrants to this tournament 2 X $33 tournament tickets. This is actually an over payment, but hey, what is $66 between friends
that is actually first rate pr, and another reason why i think things are getting better and better in terms ofthe promotional side.
i also congratulate you on resisting the temptation to tell annie fk off. remarkable restraint. i get the feeling she is single !

You are probably one of those who suck up to betfair in order to be invited to their parties, so do not want to rock the boat. Have you met the betfair reps?

annie all you do is moan, moan, fking moan. yr like a broken record.
some of the stuff you have come out with is so trivial its embarrassing. "no nice background, no auto centring of player " etc. you then have the nerve to end your rant with the claim its a list of things " WE " dont like about the site, when the truth is that its a petty list of stuff YOU dont like, and have clearly spent hours wracking your brains trying to come up with just to have a go at them about.
seriously, the site is not run for your personal benefit, if you hate it that much, just go elsewhere. it really is that simple. find another site that lets you play in pounds and has pretty background colours, and has every single scrap of information you want on screen and none of the things you dont want.
alternatively, accept the entire world doesn't revolve around YOU, that sometimes in this life you have to accept things that are not exactly to your own incredibly high standards, try and accept that not everyone thinks and feels exactly the same way you do.
get out more. jeez, chill a bit . loosen up. its a poker site ffs, not the united nations.

I moan because betfair has asked us what we do not like about ongame - if noone moaned then the site would stay the same.
Again betfair have asked us for what we dislike about ongame, so I have listed everything I could think of, trivial or not. The majority of the things that I listed have all been mentioned on here by other players as well so I thought I was justified by saying 'we' at the end, although at the beginning of the list I did say 'I'. I did not spend 'hours' thinking about them, only a few minutes as I typed.
If everyone who did not like some of ongames bad points went elsewhere then I do not think that betfair would like that. I think they ask what they can do better because they want us to stay, business sense I would call it. Something you seem to lack. As I have said before I do like the lesser competition of ongame and if they could fix the 6 max problem I would play here all the time, but it would not stop me trying to get the site better.
I do not think the world revolves around me. I do have high standards but betfair do not even have moderate standards, something seriously amiss in such a huge company. As said elsewhere nearly all the topics I moan about have been said by other players as well, so I do think that others think and feel the way I do. It is just that if I say the same things I am classed as 'moaning' by women haters such as you.
Please do not swear when mentioning me, I do not like it.
