Semi interested, not too sure about paying the markup though.

I'm not totally 100% on how/why people add markup, but isn't it if you think you are better than the field and therefore better value?

If this is so, wont the main event be filled with pro's and only a handful of qualifiers?

I understand people adding markup when selling pieces of sunday mill/warmup etc. where the field is full of qualifiers and loaded with donks, i'm not too sure about the main event though.

Or maybe markup is just standard and be i'm just being petty?

I understand this but i normally charge 20-35% markup so i have accounted for this with just 12.5% here. I think i am experienced in deep stack mtts - this being 20k/30min levels. This comp will get over 2200-2400 runners of which over 40% will be sat qualifiers and so still offers extremely good value for money. Another 10% of the field will be made from SNE grinders who have much less experience of mtt play.

If you take the hardest comps on the net Sunday500/1k super tues these have a hardcore of 800 excellent mtt players and i fully expect all of them to play. so this still leave lots of much worse players to play via sats or rich people who dbi.

what have you won or cashed in before to justify this sort of mark up i would be interested to know?

he won a heads up game versus me once. although i was disconnected for 2 hours.

Might be interested nearer the time rich if you sell elsewhere sooner then its cool gl m8

x1 Badbeat Dream team live event chopped HU for $6k ($200+200 event) ~140 runners.

Won $18k gtd multiple times and had 3rd+4th place in the old $50k on BF. I am also a lifetime winner at 100nl-1knl 6-max and lifetime 100-400nl HU over 500k+ hands.

I can easily justify a 12.5% markup. My lifetime ROI for mtt's is around 60-70%.

Just to be clear how little 12.5% markup is. This is like buying your friend into an MTT for all the money and getting 90% of the profits.

Most deal these days at 70/30 split and that is around 42% markup

i'm busily cooking dinner while simultaneously cracking one off to a picture of mavis wearing dungerees, so for that reason...

3 wsop packages? You could have spent untold in sats to try and get there? 2 cashes? How many events you played 3 ME thats 30k already. It makes me laugh how people pay %s on generally poor players to play in this kind of stuff. If you are decent why would you ever give up a piece of yourself if you are a winner over such large scale of hands?

I really cba to defend myself to you since you seem to know my life better than i do.

Its actually well know for anyone who has met me that i won my first seat for $62 in a $22R on stars and i won my 2nd seat for $66. I have actually only played the WSOP twice as i took the cash in the first yr.

I have only played 5 WSOP sats in my life. I have >100% roi on BF,Ipoker,Live. ~65% on stars and -50% on ftp albeit tiny sample on there. As i stated my lifetime roi >60%.

$5k is a massive buyin for me - my avergae being around $200 these days. So obv I am going to sell some action.

Either way it doesnt matter now. I have sold out and am playing regardless.

If you have any more concerns mayb you can contact bruce wayne since i have made him over $20k in profit from the last yr of selling shares to him.

i don't come here to brag ad post scores i just asked some questions thats all. I don't really play MTT as well because i don't have time and find them boring

I dont have a $400k bankroll to support playing $5k events and not many do. I come on here tell people my stats and what im charging. If they dont like it fine...I dont force people to buy.
