don't worry ,,when you get on its bad ,,its bad bad ,,its a cheap cross of PKR and full tilt ,,i hate all them pre packed sites ,,all the same set ups ,,betfair 1 was out there on its own
how do i buy the software for betfair 1 ,,id market it better than this shower the lobby chat on betfair 2 says it all ,,complaints and more complaints im disgusted to be honest |

Well been playing betfair poker for maybe 4 years (even when it was on the same server as littlewoods) and this is the darkest day to date to be honest. Not only am i being forced to change my alias but when i try to change it its an endless cycle telling me to change it and then changing it and nothing happening. If this isn't sorted by tomorow then i think ia m will just withdraw my bankroll and try my luck elsewhere....
I really can't understand how they can call this upgrade? |

Dear all,
yes, this new site is the worst thing Betfair could have done since their original software was actually the best site to play on. I just cannot play amidst all the gimmickery avatars and cushy sound effects, I don't even know who's doing what at the table, its all so convoluted and gaudy. Just lost $50 on it, nothing new there, only this time, I'm not so hurried to get back in! Do you think they'll give us the option to play with the old software? Does anyone know of a site that had similar 'no-nonsense' gaming to betfair's original? |

Whatever possessed Betfair to change to this? I am willing to bet that anyone offering the old site would have thousands of Betfair accounts move immediately. Can anyone think of a single advantage the new site has over the old? Presumably the Betfair owners have outsourced and make even more money - I would like to see from Betfair details of the deal they have struck with a list of the advantages for Betfair Poker account holders.

much better imo, better interface by miles.was a work up if you tried to get on day one,Iam not a fan of 10 seater tables really makes no sense, messes up the ft bubbles.But not crashed on me,best thing is not having to have some dumb side bit to the table for the action buttons,which make multi tabling on laptops carp.

Please look at our product demo videos to see how https://promotions.betfair.com/product-tool/ i started this thread and whoever posted this from betfair wanna wake up ,,its not just the avatars its everything ,,its the unique features that made betfair ,,you have destroyed all that and if you read the amount of posts that are complaining then you have to see that you've ballsed up ,,put the option of the old software up and well all be happy im not playing anymore on the new site and if you check my record im with you guys since your launch ,,and i can name at least 20 more that i put on to your site ,,the will confirm this too ,,ive been to promotional nights got the hat and sweatshirts as well ,,i even use a betfair poker chip when i play live poker ,, all thats gone now over some genius who decided this is a good idea when clearly its not ,,admit mistakes where made ,,fix it ,,or youl see your dwindling client base shrink again RANT OVER good luck with whatever decision is made ,,unfortunately these rants will probably fall on deaf ears thank you to all players here ,,if someone else knows a site similar to what betfair was id be interested ,,no spammers though  |

Was not able to get in after two days. Will not play on BF poker again.

I agree with the chat issues find a player and waiting lists.I like to think these can be overcome in the next update? On the posotive side of things at least there is action on the tables and plenty of choice.
