WHY IS THIS SOFTWARE SO BAD??

so your playing for an hour

and then

the game disappears ... canceled ... yes cancelled with only 1 'l'

why?

is it just the returned entry fee or do i get even more? played a d2n and there were only 4 remaing....

will this happen again .. is there any point playing?

Entry fee back only... imagaine how people feel when theyve been in an mtt for 3 hours.. joke site.

got the chippercentage paid back... fair enough. but this really has to stop, this is really bad customer-service.

since it is not the first time this happens - in fact it happens quite often here - i really think about quitting here although i love to play against the donks from cyprus greece.....

I was playing a bit ago and the other player was having connection problems, Then I try to register for games anfd it takes ages then messes up

They need to change whatever it is, And they need to change it quick because that withdrawal button is hopefully still working

I think its about time I finally left.

I like the site but when things like this happen as often as it does, It makes you think about it

I like mainly the banter, I've even done ok moneywise.. but its joke software and in conclusion player numbers compared to many other dedicated sites.

Was feeling ****** off til I read Mrnohopers post - thanks - cheered me up.

I mainly like the MONEY, And if this keeps happening I guess I'll be seeing more of it

I nearly missed mrnohopers then, Cos I was spoilt for choice of which game to play with the americans

Off for maintenance when all games have finished = off for maintenance halfway through your game whether you like it or not you mugs

FFS this is poor

i finally got round to downloading the st**s poker software yesterday after many months of toying with the idea of switching sites.

its not just the software is it ? if you primarily play stts then there simply isnt the traffic unless you want to play 2 dollar super turbos or 24 dollar d2ns, which seem to be the only games filling with any regularity.

in fact it only takes one player ( gnasher ) to go on holiday for 3 weeks for the lobby to collapse altogether. friday evening was probably the worst its been for 12 months for stt players.

i can also see the guarantees on the mtt side getting cut again as even the nights when the world cup isnt on they arent filling.

its just not getting any better at all.

is anyone in?

i'm hoping  everyone is locked out ... and i'll be refunded

Yea betfair closed for a staff party, said they'll re-open once the champagne runs out.

I'm still deciding where I wanna go, I'd prefer this to be my main site but I cant find reasons to do that

Gotta agree with most of what chipfire put above, But the blame isn't down to any player

And yes, I know you wasn't blaming gnasher. lol

5LEEPWALKER - What happened to the 5 steps. You aint bottled it have you? Or is THAT down for maintenance :-)

It' constantly down for 'maintenance'.. but what are tehy doing to resolve it?.. if its an easily found BUG then there shouldnt be any problems like earlier in the first place. This site has been running for years without getting much better.

and yes, the traffic is DEAD. I wonder why!. I've just booted up PS and the games are filling within seconds.

you get any more evasive betfair will employ you in their customer services department :-)

So if the shop wasn't open for business, I had plenty of time to go to the other shop that was usually open and fully stocked

In the end I thought enough is enough, I'll just have that extra 5 minute walk knowing that it would be open and save time overall
The first shop could have new staff and improved now, But I wouldn't know because I stopped going there

Oooooohhh - this is a new one - so far today iv'e had tables frozen for hours and MTTs cancelled midway through, now it's the good old "Not enough Credit", when attempting to register, when there is clearly enough credit in the account.


But instead of not taking the money, you just take the cash and then dont register me, time and time again !!! Suppose I will now hove to wait hours for a refund.

Joke site, sort it out or shut the site down. How do you still have the nerve to take a rake ??

Stars tables not easy on the eye? change the theme to the black theme.. its very clean, simple and pretty.

why do they have all the dumb avatars ? do i really want to see a photo of your cat or a drawing of some elves ?

i like the fact the d2ns finish immediately when 5 players have gone out, but i couldnt play on there long term. way too much happening on the screen.
