As it's Keith A, I probably call and outdraw him when Betfair deals a Queen after the river :D :D
as played,haven't a clue but a serious question, would you have been better reraising pre and getting the info that way. if it's a daft question i'll take the abuse.
i believe most would stick the raise in pre,
as played, i wouldnt even think about calling the river and if he shows a bluff it really wouldnt bother me at all

I thin he stubornly called the flop just because 'he has a good hand and doesn't like folding and hit the turn hard.

The river bet is so obviously trying to get you off the pot, and at worst he's semi-bluffing with a weaker K hand (IMO).
