He was supposed to blow out on Thursday or Friday according to most on here but it never happened. IMO a truly worthy champion!!!Humble Pie:Flying_V 01 Jul 11 18:28 Think there is some value in Cadel...but do I honestly think he will build up a big enough cushion against his inevitable HC losses...?Well...no. Not a chance.Plenty more where that came from...https://community.betfair.com/other_sports/go/thread/view/94142/28057013/sign-in-and-eat-humble-pie-cadel-haters?post_id=505307391#505307391Humble Pie:Flying_V 01 Jul 11 18:28 Think there is some value in Cadel...but do I honestly think he will build up a big enough cushion against his inevitable HC losses...?Well...no. Market was pricing on past failure and not on 2011 form...but I've still got to eat humble pie...as I never truly believed he could really do it.great Tourhttps://community.betfair.com/other_sports/go/thread/view/94142/28057013/sign-in-and-eat-humble-pie-cadel-haters?post_id=505307225#505307225Ante-post Cadel backer signing in. He is a much nicer and more relaxed person than the grumpy sonofabitch of years past. Everything went right for him this year - tactically inept Schhttps://community.betfair.com/other_sports/go/thread/view/94142/28057013/sign-in-and-eat-humble-pie-cadel-haters?post_id=503468965#503468965Never thought he could win as I thought he'd blown his best chances but pleased for him that he did. It's a brave bloke who tries to interview Cadel if he's had a bad day.https://community.betfair.com/other_sports/go/thread/view/94142/28057013/sign-in-and-eat-humble-pie-cadel-haters?post_id=503460125#503460125A great ride and deserving winner but loveable and popular he aint. He impressed me when he carried on racing with the broken elbow the other year very tough man.https://community.betfair.com/other_sports/go/thread/view/94142/28057013/sign-in-and-eat-humble-pie-cadel-haters?post_id=503400113#503400113I didn't think he'd win but I have no dislike for him.
