think stat was 9 of last 12 winners(could be mistaken)played in WC w/e
could Andrew Luck be about to assume the crown
the media are only too eager to confer upon him?

dont care, may the best team win
p.s. hopefully not new england.

This bunch is gong to have a seriously off day to be beaten by anyone right now :
Michael Bennett, Cliff Avril, Bruce Irvin, Bobby Wagner, Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas.

Seattle might well win because things have fallen very nicely for them but for my money they are not as good as they last year

Packers!

Nil Desperandum.

It's mano a mano. It's a one off. One line call. One piece of inspiration. You saw what Rogers did on one leg. What will he be like on one and a half?

I think Packers have improved their defence considerably. Therin probably lies the battle for me.

Nelson caught two on Sunday TWO! He brings Cobb and Adams into the game as we saw.  GB were awful in their three early season losses. They look more rounded now even though Seahawks look rounder. I am hoping brilliance overcomes the artisans.

Wondering if Colts may spring a surprise. They were 30-1 to win the Superbowl prior to the start of the last game, now down to 10's. I though Luck was very good. I'd like to see a Packers Patriots Superbowl and all the Rogers Brady hyperbole from the media.
Report johnnythebull January 13, 2015 3:26 PM GMT
just can't see his leg standing up(no pun intended) with the baying LoB coming after him
unfortunately will probably take a good part of the off season for the tear to right itself
shame as it would've been an intriguing clash of styles
hard to know with the Colts
know i'm stating the obvious but they're either going to get mullered with Luck throwing picks
or they will run the pats close if not win
got to get to brady tho' for that to happen
if he's allowed to dictate matters only one result
Report Colldogg January 14, 2015 12:03 AM GMT
Colts for me, I think the time could be right for Luck to take the mantle.
Report deepingfox January 14, 2015 10:21 PM GMT
Took the 9/1 for the Colts to win, looks like a standout price, and can finish off the Patriots, from where the Ravens just fell short.

LUCKs the man.
Report johnnythebull January 14, 2015 11:01 PM GMT
took some 50s with SJ prior 2 the broncos game
but just can't see them getting by the pats
think the pats have a shout against the hawks
Report CJ January 15, 2015 3:51 PM GMT
I agree with Whisperingdeath about the Pack. GB are a vastly improved D. Seattle have had a soft schedule duffing up a self harming SF, a beat up Cards and Shaun Hill's Rams. I still felt CAR were very much in that game until Cam threw the pack 6. History tells us to not bet against a genius, i'm sticking with Aaron and his band of merry men.

GB v Indy !!!

lol, no one with an easier schedule than GB

seattle in seattle with a semi cripple under center
nightmare scenario for GB
gonna get harried if not sacked non stop
they've hardly set the league alight OTR anyhow
only one outcome

GB update: Rodgers didnt practice on Weds, but did partly on Thursday.   Reports say the knee is no worse but no better than last week.   Lacy also pull from training after knee trouble (only precautionary thouth)

one team can get to the qb, the other can't
one team can protect their qb, the other can't...

how come NE will still win this game... what am i missing?
Report Whisperingdeath January 17, 2015 10:32 AM GMT
I have to say Brady looked like he ate a couple of pies over Christmas. Rogers was more mobileLaugh!

It is getting exciting now. Not much time left to talk the talk. We are at the business end, the deep end, the sharp end, squeakey bum time.

Can we walk the walk even on one leg?......yes we can!

SEAHAWKS, they have had the expected winners wobble but with key players back look close to their brutal best.
close is good enough for them & bam bam is a game winning monster

NFL playoffs are so unpredictable.  seahawks will be favs because they spanked the broncos last year. all that talk talk about seahawks being monsters is utter toot. Of the four teams their season records are almost identical.  I mean the Pats last week were a turnover away from getting spankedout (thankfully the dude caught the ball landed on his knees).  On any day any team can any team in these 4.  I'd say the the Seahawks will get beat tonight, in a very tight game

Playoffs = Defense and Running Game.

I like Seattle but I don't like giving the best QB in football 7 points. ML over 89.5 yards for me.

It's very good and special at home. They could give AR fits with that front 4 and the zone defense behind it in the windy conditions. Not sure how the rain helps GB more than it does Seattle, especially at home. GB rely more on the passing game than Seattle do and will be used to rain and windy condition in that park. It's Seattle weather. That said, I prefer to watch the game and have a bet on Beast Mode than try and get the right side of the spread.

Don't underestimate Russell Wilson either he is MONEY.
