I am at my wits end with the sportsbook format which keeps changing.
Sometimes I go in and it is as it has been for a long time.
Then the next time I log on up comes this damn awful complete mess of a format that looks like it was constructed just to confuse people.
Is this going to be a permanant change or is there going to be a way to switch to the original format?

I started some threads about this a week ago. The new interface sucks beyond belief. You cannot back a horse at SP its the sportsbook price or nothing, that would be ok, but BOG went ages ago. I was told the old one (which was really very good) would never come back when I complained. Its been back twice in the week, and was back briefly this morning. Whoever designed the new thing should have their crayons taken off them as punishment

It is very hard to use, seems to be based on the mobile app way of presentation.

Well Ive moaned at them so often, they have taken away the feedback option.
Today they have reverted back to the unusable page, as soon as you search for horse racing you get a blank. Scroll down you get another blank. Drop down the racing ABC and you cannot scroll down past C. Simply put, when that "brilliantly new service" is running like today, I cannot place a bet. Obviously, Betfair have become a poor customer service. Sportsbook is so poor these days, I head straight over to Skybet, where you get best odds, numerous freebies AND, most of all a USABLE betting site. |

ive never heard of a bookie not offering sp. would be so bad if they offered fair markets instead 130% overounds.

Worst interface ever will only use exchange and skybet/bet365 now (at least they let you take SP). so long sportsbook its been fun.....................................

Agreed; it's unusable. When I have seen it over the last few weeks, I assumed it was some sort of emergency back-up when the proper site is down. It's hard to believe that is there by choice.
