Saturday was the Paul Nicholls roadshow as his charges went in all over the country. Then at Haydock, Imperial Commander had his seasonal reappearance and landed the Betfair Chase followed in by gallant runner-up Tidal Bay. Firstly can I thank you all for reaching the 38,000 hits milestone overnight (Mull It Over online blog). I know most of those probably arrive via web searches for Helen Flanagan, Chat Roulette and the phenomenon that is Kimiko Date Krumm but I’d like to think there is the odd punter out there amongst you. Over the last few days I’ve been suffering from bloggers depression if there is such a condition? Aside from the fancies on here, my own separate bets on various sports have been having a torrid time. As I write I’ve got a bet on Brisbane Roar to beat NQ Fury @ 1.5 odds . Did you ever have one of those punting days when you thought “That’s enough-no more!”? Well that was my day yesterday. 100/1 winners (against my fancies) , football teams losing 4-3 after leading 3-1 and so on turned the day into a miserable Thursday. In fact, I’m personally considering a no-punt Thursday for myself because I’ve noticed (and my account stats prove it) that it’s a complete jinx of a day for some reason. How weird! Fakenham gets the go ahead nod today after an inspection for frost so that’s good news all around. It’s Paddy Power Gold Cup day today at Cheltenham which most of us still remember as the Mackeson Gold Cup. I always recall as a sixth former running a sweep stake for this race and also getting my dad to back [b]Mul[/b]tum In Parvo for me for obvious reasons [:silly:] I’m just slightly late with this write up this morning as I’m watching online the final of the Asian Champions League between Seongnam Ilhwa & Zob Ahan. I’m with the Korean side who lead at half time 1-0. Fingers crossed!
