For instance, if Massa stays in touch with the leaders, is it possible for him to stay out in front on the worn tyres and win? Is this feasible?

They have to make a pit stop dont they to use up the two types of tyres?

The regulations require all cars to change tyres in a dry race these days so no.
If the super soft of the lead 10 cars die really quick then they may have to pit early which could mean someone like Sutil jumps up the ranks if he starts on the harder compound.

It wouldn't suprise me if Alonso comes back in after 1st lap, then gets to the back of the pack for when the first take their pitsops. Decent bet to finish top 10 imo.

Interesting idea Cubanpete - would probably work too and mean that he wouldn't need to try any dangerous first lap moves.

Also means doing 75 laps on one set of tyres. There will be more rubber on a durex if he tries that.
