Well executed coup , remember it well , often wonder why the stewards do not have the powers to void a race where they suspect some inconsistencies . Think everyone would be happy with that .  That would also include situations for instance where a (favourite) horse was got at or was pulled .

Unfortunately the racing / betting community operate under fairly lax laws , unenforceable largely .  The lack of real legislation regarding bookmaker activity is a constant minus .
