Money back up to a hundred quid if Murray wins tournament.

Might as well stick it on Djocovic at 4/5.

2 horse race now that Rafa and Roger are out.

Must be placed by start R3.
Pause Switch to Standard View might as well back Djokovic at PP 4/5

Hi Kiddo who told you it was max €50 in shops. I was told 100 where I backed him on Sunday. Even before the others were knocked out I felt it was a rick with the way the draw was. I shouldn't call it a rick I guess but a good special
Report kiddo112 June 27, 2013 11:04 AM BST
Hi Lustrumm, I backed it last week myself and fairly sure it was max €50 on the screens. Could be wrong though.

Stopped into a shop there on the way to work and seen they didn't even have the market listed. Asked behind the counter for it and she couldn't see it on the screen. So she rang up and they said the market was only available on-line at the moment due to 'some problems''. I imagine they are just trying to avoid taking anymore in the shops.

Djokovic was impressive  against Thomas Berdych today-straight sets after being a mini break down in opening set tie break and a break down early in the second but never looked flustered as per normal.

Murray has lost the first set to Verdasco but is a break up already in the second, currently 1.1 to win the match but from a  tournament perspective looks like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders.

Hopefully they both reach the final.
Report dj876 July 3, 2013 5:02 PM BST
Murray hitting the self destruct button here, some time for a lucky net chord tho.

He's struggling with Verdasco's spin-but making some shocking unforced errors aswell.Crowd roaring come on Murray in mid point during the last game of second set were out of order.

Djokovic @1.55 for outright could be tempting me in again.
Report dj876 July 3, 2013 5:26 PM BST

Only one winner of this tournament-the way Murray is playing here, even if he reaches the final not sure he can handle the pressure-it's much more intense than Olympic final or Us open.

1.74 Djokovic-3.00 Murray are the outright odds before the semis.

Radwanska and Lisicki should be a decent trading match today(3 sets hopefully) and u'd the imagine the winner of this semi should win the outright.

Back to the tennis haven,t seen all of it but thought Murray again made the unforced errors near the net to a lesser extent again yesterday, couldn,t back him in the final. You got there with your initial bet Ozy, fair play.

Really looking forward to the hurling this evening. Think KK are a very good bet. Overreaction to their loss last weekend, and overpriced because of it, and more so because that is fresher in peoples memory than Tipps below par performance against Limerick. Kilkenny came into the Championship as a superior team to Tipp, both have been surprisingly beaten, but their superiority and record against Tipp remain intact, and KK will be wound up like f*ck for this evenings clash. Hunger may have been a problem the last two weeks, it most certainly wont tonight. I personally will be shocked if they are beaten.
Also went with a small acca, KK, Cork, Al Kazeem and Djoc.
Cracking weekends sport alright. Enjoy.

Kimmage on Newstalk there, still has a serious doubt about the Sky team being able to support Froome. Reckons evidence of yesterday with Martin winning. Thinks Martin may target the Alpe d'huez stage in the last week.

Anyone think it's worth a cheap lay of Froome @1.22?
Report dj876 July 8, 2013 9:05 PM BST
I heard the interview Kiddo,Sky's team has been weakened -Kiryienka missed the time limit yesterday and was eliminated.
The individual time trial is on Wednesday and Froome is by far the strongest here and should add at least a minute on his closest rivals.Richie Porte who was second on the opening day of the Pyrenees was tailed off yesterday but should be well recovered for the Alps to assist Froome.
I see Froome having a 3 minute lead going into the Alps and can't see him losing much time to any of his rivals even on the Alpe D'Huez.

On a side note as Kimmage said it was refreshing to see Porte struggle yesterday,as it adds more credence to the purity of Team Sky's performance.
Report kiddo112 July 8, 2013 9:53 PM BST

Dan Martin lost 3-30 mins in time trial today, which is a bit worse than I thought he would do.(but TT is a weak discipline for him)

The bet I have been getting stuck into since the Pyrenees is laying Contador to finish in the first 3 in GC.
I can't believe it's still odds on(should be 5/2-3/1 ).He struggled massively in the Pyrenees and is a shadow of his former self(maybe he's finally riding clean),I can only see him losing more time in the Alps and dropping further down the GC(currently 4th)

Heres his posts.

Paddy Power Money back special , refund if favourite doesn't win in any opening day premier league fixtures.

Any do this in shop?
Signs clearly and still do state that its max refund of 50 per customer , per match. I had 6 bets of 50 on this , went back to collect 4 refunds due and they are saying its max refund of 50 per customer, despite me referring to the signs in shop they are saying management has told them they are only to refund 50 per person.

Just to clarify they were 6 totally different bets 1 bet per match on correct score markets and 4 of them triggered a refund.

I actually took a picture of the screen the exact wording was "50 per customer, per match" in fact the same wording was/is still on the screens when I went in, the staff say they know it says that but they are been told not to refund more than 50 to any customers. I placed the 6 bets on the one coupon I used the correct score quickslip so can't go to other shops.

Report reb August 25, 2013 12:42 PM BST
I collected on this bet yesterday. I had placed 6 x 50euro correct score bets on the money back special as referred to by Big Rob above. Before placing my bets I clarified with the shop assistant that the offer was indeed cash back to a max of 50 euro per customer per match. I had one winner, was paid accordingly, and received 3 x 50 euro stake refunds. It did what it said on the tin. A friend of mine had a similar bet with them, but without a winner, and also received 3 x 50 euro stake refunds. In his case the shop assistant phoned head office to get clarification on the refund.

Not sure what that guy who posted on is up to but my experience and that of my friend is completely at odds with his. Also, I don't think they did anything wrong re their earlier Djokovic offer.
