Video not opening on Gruss....

I have been getting this on ATR tracks , first at Southwell today for example

Not an answer to the question,  but as you use Gruss,  have you used Bet Angel too?   if so,  what would you say are the positive/negatives between the two of them?   I've only used Bet angel (professional)

only ever used gruss but user interface really easy to understand and also very consistent lost without it

Only ever used Betangel as i can write the criteria/rules/conditions whatever you want to call them etc easily     never really used the one click on it.  If Gruss does the same thing obviously its a lot cheaper (approx half price i think)
