They did a software update which didn’t take into last night’s clock change and caused RUK stream to be inaccessible because the system thought they had been run already.

It was fixed by removing a lot of their features they do for RUK races.

that's just totally amateurish imv...

i mean the whole world knows when the clocks change ffs...

and to be told they did this DURING live racing is beyond belief tbh...

you do not do updates during live racing...
