Betfairs phone app not working?

Not working for me yesterday and today

i had it a few weeks ago and deleted it then reinstalled and it was fine apart from the fingerprint recognition wouldn't work and u have to enter passwords

mine works ok today with pin (samsung/android) but last week wouldn't load with pin.

Had problems very recently of not loading and at various times pin not working. Did report to Betfair CS on X but they knew nothing (I think they were from Barcelona).

Used the android app every day for years. Never had a problem.
