He was giving out an sp. Called it as 6-4 the winner 13-8 favourite the 2nd. In a field of 6 after giving the prices of the 1st 4 he says its 10s and bigger the rest. The final 2 were 10s and 10s. Its totally amateur behaviour at best.

Indeed Sparrow. He looked very poor. If he's riding with an injury then that's even worse.
