I'm a soccer illiterate but suggest they're two different markets in that the foul has consequences whereas a tackle going unpunished doesn't.
Converting the prices to a 100% book makes it a close decision but ultimately depending where the individual draws the line in the sand.

Same here. I only had £5 (of my normal £10) at 2/1 given the two un-hedgeable factors. I've to say Casimero has been my lucky player; he committed a foul when he was 1/1 (boosted).
