Why oh why do these idiots play God and water constantly ? Horses need some variety in going and they need to toughen up, otherwise we will end up with the weakest of the breed being used as breeding stock.

If he watered yesterday evening he should be removed from his post. Unbelievable decision, guessing O'Brien had been on the blower confirming the ground he wants!
2 mins from track and biblical rain for an hour last night. Showers so far this morning but sky looks full of rain.

I'm in a Heathrow airport hotel, not too far from Sandown. Heavy rain last night,rain again earlier this morning, stopped around 9, but now light rain.
