Fearless when it comes to blasting off in front, Mia Nicolls the same, better than a lot of senior jocks strangling horses trying to pace themselves, good luck to her on an " Enterprising  " ride.

Easy when they are winning but looking a t5 jockey atm. Notable trainers booking her as well. Intensely ambitious.

I think she is much improved and looks far more stylish than Doyle.

Doyle has been up at the top for some time now and we will see if Saffie can do the same over a few seasons.

saffie defo has improved as a fully fledged rider

holly was an exceptional apprentice imo but the figs have trended downwards since 2020 to a par rider at best, probably slightly the wrong side of par tbh

Completely outrode Doyle & Davies, Saffie got to front continually stop starting with the pace and Doyle never ever tried to challenge the winner until too late when sprint was on  the 2nd will be rated 10lbs higher than the winner in 2-3 runs time IMO

"She won some rides (at last)? I highlighted her riding during the Racing League and during Meydan. She's been riding really well for well over a year.  You won't see a better ride all season than her ride on Ouzo at Meydan IMVHO.

Fair enough whippin, but we all know about her other type of riding she's demonstrated for extended periods...especially when daddy was involved.

Stu, I think if she's riding one you're sweet on, you can't be disappointed.

Really? Let's go through her rides.

Ten Clubs - First run on Turf today and Brighton is a very different course to Chelmsford. Might also have found the run coming too soon after winning just a few days ago.

Coiled - Ran to a similar standard to it's 2 other races. Already gelded and not much scope for improvement, this one paced beast will probably need a Seller or Nursery to get off the mark.

Lunar Streets - Jumped in the air and was awkward away from the gate and then didn't really settle. Looks like it needs a Mile now or at least a stiff 7F

So not awful today TBH.

The doubters should watch the ride on Phoenix Passion. Pace judgement impeccable as usual. Even if it gets turned over, it was a great ride.

pretty strong there with the horse hanging up the hill. may get a short holiday :)

Three winners out of last four rides 7/2, 15/2, 5/1.

She won't be in the high percentages as rides a lot of rags/moderate chances, not many short priced jollies. Getting lots of rides tho.

Not often far away if the horse is in the top 3 in the betting. Aurora Dawn place only is my next fancy.

win % wouldn't bother me cider, they are almost entirely a function of opportunity & sample size

It's important for people who judge jocks on number of winners. It's a cynical game and they need winners to get/maintain the profile to then get the better rides. Self fulfilling, essentially.

Sparrow the Know all , who knows fk all, She`s been very lucky in the rides she has been given ! Long time learning , would not have got rides without connections!

You could say that about almost any jockey. Even the young Lester was related to half of Newmarket.
