ive recentley changed broadband to fibre optic now the live video box hase gone and tote box saying im restriced from another country ? any help ?

I am guessing your broadband provider exposes an IP address Betfair thinks is abroad.
My Account -> My Betfair Account -> Account Details -> Security Settings will show your recent login IP addresses and which country BF thinks they are from.

ive tryed most things .my service provider is london based . but you have to xtalk to office south africa ? cant understand them ..
