ive recentley changed broadband to fibre optic now the live video box hase gone and tote box saying im restriced from another country ? any help ?

I am guessing your broadband provider exposes an IP address Betfair thinks is abroad.
My Account -> My Betfair Account -> Account Details -> Security Settings will show your recent login IP addresses and which country BF thinks they are from. Interested to see what you find. Who is your provider? |

And what country does your IP address show as being in? Either from the BF page I suggested or the webpage Ell suggested? |
