duncan, it was dreadful on firefox but OK on chrome.

It's gone back to the bad old days with the pausing and stuttering and there's not enough of us left to make enough noise about it these days.

When you get after them on twitter the response you get is, "we get it from a third party so it's not our fault ad we can't do anything about it".

No thought of actually putting some pressure on the third party to smarten it up a bit.

It's RUK tracks today so it will be alright, try it on an ATR track and see what you get.

duffy, I've found the RUK tracks have become dodgy too now, dreadful state of affairs but as you say the same old response from BF, not in their hands. I advise they don't pay the third party, not fit for purpose.

Yes the RUK tracks have their moments too now, I find that generally the worse issues with RUK tracks are when I occasionally access a race via the gruss icon, generally the LV is ok with the lv menu.

ATR tracks are impossible, our only hope is that as happened in the past it just improved again out of the blue, this has been a recent downturn after a few years of it being stable.

seems crazy that things can go backwards, there obv is a reason but they've no interest in resolving it. Maybe pic suppliers holding bookmakers to ransom behind the scenes now that most are offering in-play betting to some degree.

Someone is throttling the bandwidth hence the audio is OK but the video is pants!

This is the result of somebody not keeping a check on customer satisfaction levels.

Very rarely have any issues with RTV. The other garbage channel has become a total joke in recent weeks.

ATR has been hangy for a couple of weeks. No issues with RUK feeds until now. The absolute worst I've ever seen it. One frame every 5 seconds or so.
