The mystery to me is why Andrew Balding uses PJ McDonald who can't be in the top 100 riders for me. Is it an owner connection? I can't imagine that Juddmonte asked for him to ride Array. Its not as if he is a lightweight at 8.9. Not sure Alkasib was a steering job with 6 lengths to find in the last 2 furlongs. Anyway if others are willing to oppose Probert, I am happy to get a better price.

You don't think he just took advantage of them going too quick on the front end? The leader finished in a different parish. I would chalk the second up for finishing clear of the rest. I doubt Kingman gets many mile and a half winners so interesting to see how this one progresses.
Personally, I would like to see the stable banging in a few more Array's - backed from 5/1-11/8 and never looked likely to justify the support.
BTT, grateful for a steer as to who isn't a dodgepot.
