asked to send passport id to priorty at betfair which i did but now saying i should send it to live chat using either + or paperclip symbol at side of chatbox but cant see them help please not computer savvy.

Read some article that forebodes of mainstream bookies suspending accounts as punters ramp up their bets [in time honoured tradition] for chelters but will trigger algorithms to their detriment.

this only started because i had a minor enquiry about a golf and because i misspelt mothers maiden name i failed security check and suspended my account untill i send details and i do not know how to do it 20 years and have never heard of this before.

Paperclip icon is generally a link for you to upload a file from your device.

Open the live chat window and then click on the + sign next to where it says type your message. Then click on the paperclip where it says add attachment. Then upload the photo image of your passport or driver's licence.
