The cricket markets are odd in that they're tailored exclusively for illegal Indian bookmakers to hedge. So maybe those illegals (the ones supplying the monster liquidity) bypass affordability checks in that they're counted not as punters but as market makers.

(This is all speculation on my part - happy to be proven wrong.)
