After a very good 2021/22 season, she seems to be totally dormant at the moment. No runners and no entries at all. She is often a slow starter but we are half way through the season!
NH season started on April 29 so we are almost half way through. The previous one ended on April 23 which is just over 6 months ago. It may not be half way in terms of vauable races but in terms or days of racing, we are at the half way mark. Fergal O'Brien has 68 winners of £637,000 with McCain not that far behind. I know that Venetia and to a lesser extent some other NH trainers don't run horses until they have soft ground on their gallops, but others have moved on. Venetia did not even have a winner in May!

Charlie Deutsch has just 2 winners this season (6 months) A far cry from the very good run he had in the early part of the year. He is getting a few rides from Sam Thomas, another slow starter.

Hello sage She is one of 2 trainers that I have followed blind for 20 years plus It's been a while since Mon Mome at 50s plus but she does have streaks, especially in the mud and right handed tracks No doubt she will kick into gear soon, imo The locals in Hereford where I work away during the week have all but given up on her though, and are all mad keen on another local trainer, Tom Lacey, especially when young Stan Sheppard is aboard Luckily for me, the other trainer I follow blind is Kim Bailey, put him up on here many times over the years 2 from 2 today, 10/3 and 7/1
