Well, it was York and they can finish strung out there like they use to at the old Towcester.

And what did he beat anyway?

Time-wise, they were 2YOs, but comparatively not sure it was any great shakes.

But he did win by 9 lengths, and it wasn't as though he benefited from a pace collapse given he was always close up.

Add to that, today was an hesitant start from the gates and a couple of minor sandwiched bumps,
hence taken to the wide outside.

If there turns out to be no draw bias (think there will be), it is a very accomplished 2yo performance.
