...how, if there is a one-sec bet placement delay, there is always a lump at 100 to lay the clearly beaten oss when the market reopens?...nothing ever gets in front of it, not even for a split second

This been discussed before to death and as far as I'm aware good question as there is no offical answer.
im not sure..even if the was people playing without a 1 sec placement delay..what about them getting disq?
There are clearly bets being placed without a 1 second delay ...also happens in-running
