made a complaint on 29th august about mismanagement of usa inplay races and got this response
The Saratoga market was confirmed to have been suspended early.

Our team have confirmed that whilst there were issues on the USA markets, they are aware of this and have advised that this issues should not happen again as this was due to internal technical failures.

Not really been punting but like dabble on the yankie racing, noticed it took them a lot longer than it should on sat night at the breeders cup to settle.

This is down to clocks changing I suspect but tbh I don't care, its pretty clear they don't care either.

Ive backed in both the 5:15 and 5:42 i had the winner in both and on my screen both markets are still open. Why have you not suspended these markets? What is happening here?

Why are some people saying the markets were suspended when i placed my bets there was no suspensions of any markets in fact as of right now both markets are still open on my screen.

Certain bets placed seem to no longer exist..they neither show as being refunded or as having ever happened?..ty betfair 20 euro in free bets would just about make up for it..since all my bets were placed on time and seemingly without issue?

oK so they gave me 20 quid exchange bets which covers what happened so A BIG TY to whoever organised that. Gj guys:)
