Interesting race
The Big Breakaway top class
Maybe early season, might give Fusil Raffles the slight advantage

Bravemansgame for me. Amazed how Skatman drifted but that allowed me to top up at 3!

Bravemansgame good chance, evens Racing Post betting forecast and odds on bookmaker betting always a good pointer

the Big Breakaway has looked a bit slow to me so is NA the right course? Stable not firing yet either.

Perfect trip for the winner. Not sure he was quite as good over 3 miles over hurdles but he might get it over fences. Not sure Henderson wanted to beat him at the weights?

pandora, what is your issue with Cobden? Best jump rider in GB by a country mile.

Woeful ride by Jacob, squashed on the inner when shoulda tried to get to fav. His hesitation there mean't race all over. Moron.

Fusil Raffles - 7lbs better on official ratings but having to give 12lbs.

Finished 5.5 lengths behind the winner.

I'd say that that was one for the formbook.

Not wrong Dr C but neither looked to be put under heavy pressure so hard to evaluate the form. Bravemansgame did well for a first time chaser.

Not sure what Bravemansgame ended up beating. I think everything played in his favour. Looking forward I wonder if he is more Grade 2 than Grade 1, whether he will get three miles on anything other than an easy track, and whether he needs a flat track to show his best. I certainly wouldn't be backing him for the Cheltenham Festival. He was probably fortunate to finish a well beaten third last year.
