The rules are the rules even if not fit for purpose.
Moore knew them and exploited it to his advantage. The ride was crass and for a casual viewer on a big days racing the result being left impossible to explain. If Keane had held his ground he would have been at best third due to being stopped. There are more than reasonable grounds for considering Moore has put racing in disrepute |
