the way I see it, horse bumps the second which loses its backend and gets beaten a head, so rightly changed around. As for precedents they are def changing massively this year.

U cannot get involved in betting on these situations anymore.  It's too difficult to weigh up how the stewards see it.  A lottery.  In my opinion there is no way the FPTP should have lost that decision
