Going by some recent ones it really should go. Definite interference and small winning distance. Just depends which stewards are on parade.

I just watched the replay and the 1st PTP stopped the momentum of the 2nd. The 2nd would've won the race but the UK Stewards never overturn these because they are f****** idiots.
