Looked an absolute shocker of a performance but nothing under 'why they ran badly'. Presumably, all down to Billy Buick then? Not exactly brilliant on Ybir either.

That Love win at Royal Ascot beginning to look pretty rubbish.

Big difference between the UK  and Irish system , in Ireland the jockeys report to the clerk if they were denied a run , hampered , lost a shoe or didn't handle the going

Without knowing what the riding instructions were difficult to rate the ride, the horse certainly raced way off the pace which is not its usual style but looked ill at ease on the course anyway, ground could not be blamed as it has plenty of decent form on similar or worse, will no doubt be looking to go abroad again primarily to Deauville for the Romanet that she won last year

it also drifted overnight from around 2.6 to over 4 , i agree there should have been some explanation

She was massively overrated by running well in some weak Group 1's - Breeders Cup form is hardly ever wroth the paper it's written on. Her form was way below what Lady Bowthorpe had shown this season - especially after the Falmouth form was franked in the Sussex Stakes.

Also James Fanshawe is way overrated by the media, (bound to win the Stewards Cup nowDevil) and his horses rarely run two races alike (The Tin Man being a good example - could be brilliant, decent or awful).
