Jockeys can ride like that ..... and still get rides ... earning too much cash .... there lies your problem !Mischief

Goes the inside, saves ground, looks for it opening up in the inside, when he sees that won't happen, moves the horse out, still no gap, goes to the outside. The horse still had plenty time to get there and imo only closed because the winner was tieing up.

Terrible ride. He made a lot of mistakes and should have won easily.

It is what it was , a poor ride ..... no excuses , not many jockeys would agree with it being a good ride ! except the jockey of the winner Laugh

Wins easy with a half decent ride. Hopeless effort by the jockey.

On another day I'd have been collecting however tonight it wasn't to be. Time to move on

Never said it was a good ride, you have to chance the inside sometime, how was he to know it wouldn't open up .

Ge didn't wait and wait, he still gave the horse a chance to win, it had plenty time to get up imo

Everyone could see it was going best a long way out yet it was never given a chance to win through jockey error .

3F out at Sandown and the horse going best always wins ?

Horse not turbo charged or  hiding hidden wings , far too much to do ! was never going to get there from that position at no point did it ever look like it would . It was plain to see the winner had gone by any expectations !

He didn't get a run and switched wide, how did he not give it a chance. Had he stayed where he was with no run then it's fair to say he didn't give it a chance

Did not see in running prices ? i would be surprised if it traded odds on ? i never thought it was going to get up ! did you ?
By:

When: 21 Jul 21 21:13
No idea what price, when it switched out I thought it had every chance

He panicked and gave the winner 10 lengths by his manoeuvre. Should have held his ground and the gap would have appeared. If he did and it didn`t then that`s racing. Terrible ride.

It went 2.32
By:

When: 21 Jul 21 21:15
Then i was right , nobody thought it was going to win in running ?
By:

Panicked lol

He got the horse out, had he stayed where he was he would have got slaughtered more

Nothing sinister about it, just a bad ride. Best horse in the race and would have won easy given a straight forward ride. DM would agree himself.
By:
the dealer
When: 21 Jul 21 21:16
At 2.32 with a couple of furlongs to go when in the clear a few clearly thought it had a chance.

I think he might agree he was a bit unlucky the gap didn't appear earlier imho

Where ?

It done well to get as close as it did. Certainty beat.
By:

When: 21 Jul 21 21:19
How do you know the gap wouldn`t have come? Horses tire going up that hill and when horses tire gaps appear.
By:
the dealer
When: 21 Jul 21 21:22
How do you know DM would agree it was a bad ride?

Yeah and he would need to have been a clairvoyant to know that. Im9 did the right thing, got the horse out and gave it a chance
By:
themightymac
When: 21 Jul 21 21:22
Anyway, it doesn`t matter now. Should have won but it didn`t due to a bad ride. Moneys in the bookie`s satchel. Move on.
By:

Would much rather see him doing that, rather than waiting too late

In your opinion
By:
themightymac
When: 21 Jul 21 21:24
Because everybody on the planet knows it was a bad ride except you. Murphy done the same thing at Bath last week. Panicked and switched wide and got beat on the line. He apologised after the race and said he should have held his ground.
By:
themightymac
When: 21 Jul 21 21:26
imo when they get themselves in that position they have no alternative but to wait and hope that a gap appears.
By:

When: 21 Jul 21 21:27
Ah right and you accuse me of being a clairvoyant.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, its just a pity some can't debate than argue
By:

When: 21 Jul 21 21:28
Anyway we can debate it all night. It`s all about opinions. But all that matters is the result. It got beat and we all done our dough despite betting the moral winner.
By:

When: 21 Jul 21 21:30
I`m not arguing.
