It seems that they changed their T&C's three weeks ago to exclude any bets placed using a 'power up' from its Best Odds Guarantee promotion.
No communication to customers of the change.
A once decent firm to have a bet with but now a rancid company ruined by the bean counters that now run it.
Even one of the original founders and former CEO Stuart Kenny has recently been speaking out against them.

Just watched the video...................found it all pretty depressing really......
It used to be punter v bookmaker in a battle of wits, now it's simply any method they can to fleece you of your last penny.
save you 5 minutes, if you've half a clue they'll shut you down pronto but you're more than welcome to use the casino.

Did the same last year on betting without the fav...... in certain races they bet win only and other races bet normal EW terms.... didnt inform customer about these changes or which races they were ...it was up to you to know which races they were u found out when u went to get paid............also 1/6 odds on the golf 12 places a new low IMO
theyre taking plenty of bets just like skybet with the extra place races and no best odds. 1/6 the odds with crap prices will be the new norm
Punters need to wise up. Nobody should be betting with these thieves. 1/6th the odds lol. What they are doing is akin to offering 4-7 heads 4-7 tails. Of course there are mugs out there who would still bet those odds. The green mob know that.
Mental really, nobody would pay £4 for a pint of milk if they gave you a Mars Bar for free.
