One of the use of the whip rules states that jockeys must not bring the whip down from above shoulder height! Morris flagrantly abuses this rule and seems to get away with it every time.

Whip above shoulder height is not a whip rule, but it is part of the consideration as to the level of penalty if you break the actual whip rules.

Prescott is a baronet, not a knight.
