Dont get involved with i/r or RTV but wouldnt they make an announcement themselves if any noticeable change in speeds. ?

but you could be right as its not too easy timing when fractions between both pics. |

absolutely impossible to accurately measure such fine margins between the two pics IMO.

i time it 2 ways , and i do it about 5 times
1 is sound , so when they start a sentence on Betfair video i start the stopwatch and then stop it when i hear the same word on my TV 2nd is picture , dual monitor, betfair video on one, RTV on the other side by side. start stopwatch when horse goes past a post or when the camera changes, stop it on RTV on sky when it goes past same post etc use to average 0.9 , now averaging 1.2 - 1.3 |

Means RTV had some delay to their service that I couldn't account for, which they've now removed. Who cares? Drones have just depreciated a fair bit. But then again, tomorrow is another day

ahh yes i remember reading your timings now .
odd, i think i timed market rasen at 1.2 - 1.3 ahead of sky for a couple of races , but tipperary was 0.9ish as all RTV tracks have been for me until today could have been a trial will test tomorrow too |

how far apart are the monitors?
And how quick are your fingers? You dont lose interest part way through do you? Ive never seen anyone get 1.3s |

monitors right next to each other , finger speed/reaction time good sometimes fall asleep within that 0.9 but does that matter ? is my sky q box slower ? |
